What you'll be doing:

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure machinery uptime

* Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults

* Working as part of a high-performing maintenance team

* Playing a key role in driving process improvements and supporting site innovation

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience in a similar maintenance engineering role within manufacturing

* Multi-skilled (electrical and mechanical) background preferred

* A proactive, solution-focused mindset

* Strong communication skills and a team player mentality

The Rewards:

A basic salary of £40 - 45,000 is on offer along with a 25% shift allowance, significant overtime if requested and various other ancillary benefits.
