We have a fantastic role for a Customer First Helpdesk team member within our team based in Ipswich. You will be expected to provide an professional, friendly and efficient service to our customers. Duties will include answering the phone and ensuring all follow up work is complete.
Main Purpose of the Job:
To answer calls on the helpdesk team to create an exceptional customer experience
To ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do - 'Putting the Customer First'
To follow standard working practices
Key Relationships:
Head of Customer Relations
Customer first team
Colleagues at all levels of the organisation
Clients, Head Teachers and Business Managers
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
To answer calls from colleagues and customers is a timely and professional manner
To log calls and record details
To pass calls to other colleagues in the described process
To use the technology as needed
Provide an efficient, accurate and customer focused first point of contact
Receive and process customers repairs requests by email and telephone
Place orders for supplies and services
Provide information about Vertas services to internal and external customers
Input and upload data into our databases and ensure required progression and resolution
Your Package:
