The Water Hygiene Engineer Role

An established water treatment and compliance company is looking to appoint a water hygiene engineer to join its growing London team.
This opportunity would suit a water hygiene engineer with industry or plumbing experience who wants to further develop technical skills in a safety-focused environment.
The successful water hygiene engineer will work across commercial and public sector sites carrying out both planned and reactive compliance duties.Key Responsibilities

Typical duties for the water hygiene engineer include temperature monitoring, flushing outlets, water sampling, and TMV servicing.
Inspection and disinfection of cold water storage tanks and calorifiers.
Shower head cleaning, descaling, and general remedial works.
Completing all tasks in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01, and WRAS guidance while maintaining accurate service records.Benefits
