Early Years Educator – Nursery

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

£15.00 – £17.00 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in Cambridge. This is a permanent position, with both full-time and part-time hours available, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within an established early years setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment
• Plan and carry out engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Complete observations, assessments, and records accurately

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (preferred)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
