Description

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports for the Accounting & Finance department as required
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes
  • Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks

Profile

A successful Part-Time Finance Assistant should have:

  • Immediate availability/available on short notice and open to working in an interim position (maternity leave)
  • Experience working in a similar finance or accounting role
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • A strong understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
