Reporting to the Projects Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in keeping things on track by managing timelines, liaising with suppliers, updating clients, and overseeing budgets and invoicing. What's on Offer? 

Salary: Up to £35,000p/a
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full time
Location: Robertsbridge area - own transport required

Key Responsibilities:

Track and manage multiple projects (typically 20-25 at a time), ensuring timely and complete delivery
Plan and schedule project timelines, adjusting priorities as needed in collaboration with the wider team
Update and maintain project management systems, ensuring all project data is accurate and current from initiation to completion
Communicate regularly with customers, providing weekly progress updates and handling enquiries promptly and professionally
Coordinate with suppliers, maintaining up-to-date forecasts and ensuring consistent project alignment and material availability
Finalise project budgets upon completion and manage the invoicing process once products have shipped
Handle day-to-day communications, including managing project-related emails efficiently with both customers and internal teams
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Strong project management and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities confidently
Excellent customer service skills—friendly, approachable, and a team player
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in both written and verbal communication
Positive, adaptable, and self-motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Good written and spoken English
Comfortable working without close supervision and trusted to get the job done
