Moreover, the forward order book is truly immense with blend of public & private sector clients in growth markets.

This contractor will comfortably enter the top 50 contractors next year by continuing to target growth areas, and specialist sectors within construction & infrastructure.

Broad overview of requirements:

* Design & Build experience - essential

* Must have previous experience in Commercial/Industrial projects with a Principle contractor.

* There are no specific requirements for qualifications - it's heavily weighted on experience.

* Candidates should be ideally based along the M3 or Top of the M4

There is currently 16 months left on the project, with further phases and projects with the same client currently being negotiated.

General overview of duties, will be to oversee the remaining subcontract procurement, place orders, monthly reporting and work, with others to prepare the final account.
