SALARY: 40000 - 45000

Profectus Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Desk Manager on behalf of their client based in Central Reading. This role will see you take charge of a team of 7 engineers and the client is looking for someone who can really step into this role, take over and push them forward. The successful applicant will be accountable for all Technical Development of the Support Team. You will take day to day management of the internal team, external team, key performance indicators and service level agreements. The client is looking for someone with a great character and personality, the Technical elements are naturally important but for the client the individual and their characteristics are equally if not more important. The client is looking for a people’s person, someone with great confidence who has the ability to react quick to escalations. There is already a great team in place and they are now looking for a lead to complete this after an internal promotion.
