Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Act as a customer-facing representative, addressing and resolving client issues.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Utilise Faro Arm technology for precision measurements and quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of manufacturing excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality assurance within the heavy manufacturing sector is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.
• Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with Faro Arm technology is advantageous.
