Are you a talented Joiner with a passion for quality craftsmanship? We're expanding our team and looking for experienced individuals who take pride in producing exceptional wooden products.

We are seeking skilled Joiners to work across two key areas:

You will:

• Assemble high-quality cabinetry from prepared components
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Use workshop machinery and hand tools to deliver precise finishes
• Work with a variety of timbers, sheet materials, and modern fittings
• Ensure consistent standards of craftsmanship and accuracy

You will:

• Manufacture bespoke timber doors, windows, and frames
• Work with traditional joinery techniques and solid timber components
• Produce accurate mortice & tenon joints, sashes, casements, and mouldings
• Maintain high standards of detail, durability, and authenticity
• Contribute to heritage, restoration, and bespoke timber projects

• Proven experience in bench joinery and/or traditional joinery
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled team
• Competency with woodworking machinery, tools, and health & safety procedures
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
