We have vacancies at pools across Surrey on Saturdays and Sundays at pool locations in Kingston and Epsom. There will also be other vacancies available in the future in some of our other Surrey pools to include hours on weekends and some weekdays as we expand.

Offering full training via our own Aquatots course, the only things you need to start training with us are a flexible hard working approach, be able to swim and be comfortable diving under the water (don’t worry if your technique isn’t great, we will teach you along the way!), to be able to pass a DBS check, have use of your own transport to carry your kit and get to our pools and be able to work at the weekend.

We do also offer weekday daytime hours but our main requirement is for weekends at the moment.

Our teacher training is fun and really high energy as you will be surrounded by like-minded positive and outgoing people who want the same things that you do, you’re likely to make great friends too as well as being supported by fabulous colleagues!

Our training courses are run over a 3-month period and typically include 7 webinars, (most of which are pre-recorded ) around 7 trips to our training centre in South Croydon and a visit to our main office in Central Croydon all spread out for your convenience. This will run alongside action packed pool training sessions which follow a full 9-week Aquatots term and take place in live classes, you’ll be able to choose your preferred training pool from a list which includes weekdays or weekends so you are able to find what works best for you.

During your training course you will be able to pick out the vacancies that suit you best from a list we have reserved for our new teachers, you will be allocated at least one pool. We will not take anyone on to a course where there is no work at the end for them.

For applicants who are already teaching swimming, please note we would expect all of our teachers to undertake the full Aquatots training course and then only be involved in swim related work exclusively for Aquatots, its perfectly Ok to have a second job which is unrelated to this type of work.

There is a cost to undertake the course of £297 which is a one off payment, there are no other charges to hire equipment or for any other future training which you may take during the course of your Aquatots career.
