A Construction Solicitor is wanted to manage a challenging and rewarding caseload of non contentious projects and construction matters for an award winning g based law firm. Applications are invited from ambitious Construction Solicitors with a track record of navigating clients through public sector construction projects including procurement strategies. Salary is competitive with great benefits package.
An award winning law firm my client acts across a variety of industry sectors including construction, transport and infrastructure, retail and energy and natural resources.
The Construction Solicitor will join a highly regarded team advising on non-contentious construction and procurement matters including the negotiation and adaption of industry standard contracts with those involved in the design, build and funding of the developments. The successful Construction Solicitor will utilise skills developed in the servicing of clients drawn from central and local government, affordable housing providers, educational and healthcare bodies.
