Afterschool Club Supervisor – Purley

Pay: £13.70–£14.00 per hourPart-time | Term-time only

Are you passionate about working with children and creating a fun, safe and engaging environment? A warm and welcoming primary school in Purley is looking for an enthusiastic Afterschool Club Supervisor to join their team.

About the Role

As the Afterschool Club Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and supervise afterschool activities for children aged 4–11
• Create a positive, inclusive and enjoyable environment
• Plan, set up, and pack away engaging activities
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers and school staff
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies

Hours

• Monday to Friday (term-time only)
• 2:45pm – 6:15pm each day

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (school, nursery, playwork or similar)
• Friendly, proactive and confident approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
