Our client is building an AI and data-driven consumer platform.

They are looking for a hands-on Founding Lead Engineer to join from day one. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build and launch the product, owning both the technical architecture and delivery.

This is a true zero-to-one role combining coding, architecture and team leadership, including managing an offshore engineering team.

Tech stackTypeScript, React, Tailwind, React Native (Expo), Fastify APIs, Postgres, with a strong focus on AI-enabled features and scalable data infrastructure.

What we’re looking forStrong full stack engineer with experience building and launching productsComfortable designing scalable systems from scratchExperience leading or coordinating engineering teamsAble to move quickly and solve complex problemsExperience integrating third-party platformsStartup or early-stage build experience preferredActively using AI tools like Cursor, Copilot or Claude in development workflows

Interest in fitness or wellbeing is a plus.
