Multi-Skilled Static Electrical Bias Engineer
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a facilities maintenance company for a Multi-Skilled Static Electrical Bias Engineer to work on a Commercial static site in Farnborough.

Role Overview:

Carry out general building maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) across the site.
Undertake electrical including fault-finding, repairs, and servicing of site systems.
Support other building systems where required, such as heating, ventilation, and minor mechanical works
Conduct routine inspections, checks, and compliance tests to maintain a safe and operational site.
Keep accurate records of maintenance, PPMs, and health & safety compliance.
Work collaboratively with other site staff and contractors to deliver a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
Respond to reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs on a 1 in 3 rota, ensuring minimal disruption.Requirements:

Fully qualified electrically
18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential).
Experience as a multi-skilled electrical engineer in commercial or facilities environments.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Flexible approach to call-outs.Benefits:
