We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-output environment. You will have a strong work ethic and a desire to take full advantage of regular overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manufacture, assemble, and finish bespoke joinery components using hand tools, power tools, and a range of woodworking machinery (e.g., panel saws, edge banders, spindle moulders, CNC routers)

* Utilise hand and power tools effectively, including saws, drills, and sanders, to shape and complete wood components.

* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately build custom designs.

* Perform joinery tasks with precision, ensuring all joints are secure, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

* Maintain a clean, organised workspace and comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

* Full UK Driving License

* NVQ Level 3 (or time served) in Carpentry, Joinery, or Wood Occupations

* Proven experience in bench joinery

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines

* A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing top-quality work

Package & Benefits:

* Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum

* Great Overtime Opportunities - Paid 1.5X

* 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

* Monday - Friday

* Flexible Working Schedule (Typically between 7am - 5pm)
