Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? Do you want to make a real difference in the world? Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support in schools across Durham. Here, you will be supporting pupils with additional needs in the classroom.

The Role:

Providing small group, and 1:1 support to SEND students
Assisting the class teacher with any student learning support
Helping pupils achieve socially and academically
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous teaching experience working with SEN children (desired but not essential)
Excellent communication skills
Patience and compassion towards students with additional needs
