Our client operates a well-equipped, digitally advanced lab focused on private restorative work. They’re now seeking a Dental Laboratory Manager to oversee daily operations and lead their team of skilled technicians.

• Lead and manage the daily workflow of the crown & bridge department
• Supervise and support the team, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery
• Hands-on involvement in digital design and production using CAD/CAM systems
• Ensure smooth integration of digital workflows (Exocad)
• Liaise with dentists and clients to maintain exceptional service
• Support training and development of junior technicians
• Contribute to overall lab management and quality assurance

• Experienced dental technician with a focus on digital crown and bridge work
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Confident managing team dynamics and production schedules
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to craftsmanship and precision
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• GDC registration desirable
