The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have an excellent telephone manner, empathising with customers, and the ability to put the customer at the heart of what you do. The successful Customer Service Advisor will need to have a good overall knowledge of IT systems, with a basic knowledge of Office packages – Excel, Word and Outlook. What will I be doing? Joining a growing team of Customer Service Advisors, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, receiving inbound calls and helping with a wide variety of queries from customers nationwide, providing first time resolutions. You will take ownership of each call – resolving queries including: top up on energy credit, reactivation of accounts, complaints, answering questions, offering advice, all whilst delivering excellent customer service. No day is ever the same at Utilita just like no customer is which is why you will be provided you with a three-week training course to provide you with all the tools you need to excel.
