About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of innovation and new product development projects across EMEA.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in New Product Development (NPD) or New Product Introduction (NPI) who want to develop deeper skills in project management. You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with teams such as R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain to ensure projects progress on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end project activities for innovation and product development initiatives.

Track timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.

Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams and external partners.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, reports, and meeting minutes.

Schedule and lead project meetings, capturing actions and ensuring timely follow-up.

Identify risks and challenges early, coordinating with stakeholders to find solutions.

Monitor and report on key KPIs and project performance indicators.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree required.

2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within Healthcare, Consumer Goods, or FMCG.

Experience supporting NPD/NPI projects is highly desirable.

Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal ability.

Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Understanding of product lifecycle or supply-chain processes is a plus.
