CSCS Groundworker - Banwell Bypass, North Somerset

Looking for long-term, reliable work on a major project? Danny Sullivan Group is seeking experienced CSCS Groundworker to join the team working on the Banwell Bypass in Banwell, North Somerset.

Your Role as a CSCS Groundworker:

* Carry out general groundworks on new route between the A38 and A368

* Assist with drainage, ducting, kerbing, and associated civils tasks

* Prepare and lay materials to required levels and specifications

* Support excavation, backfilling, and reinstatement operations

* Operate hand tools and small plant safely and competently

* Work from site drawings and follow instructions as required

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report hazards or near misses

What We're Looking for as a CSCS Groundworker:

* Valid CSCS Card (essential)

* Proven experience in highways or civil engineering groundworks

* Strong understanding of site safety and groundwork operations

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
