We (Fuel Recruitment) are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Leamington Spa. Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external roles.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

* Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various platforms and tools.

* Develop new business opportunities or focus on account management (depending on your preference).

* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.

* Work closely with the wider team to achieve individual and team targets.

Key Skills / Experience

* Previous experience in recruitment or a strong interest in developing a career in the industry.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

* Sales or account management experience (desirable but not essential).
