The Role

The successful candidate will assist the sales team with lead generation, client communication, quotations, and product support while receiving structured mentorship and technical training. Over time, the trainee will develop into a full Sales Representative role, managing their own territory and customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
• Learn and understand a range of agricultural equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Participate in product training, exhibitions, and client meetings.
