Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 17:00PM or 07:00AM - 16:00PM

Salary/rate:

Salary is paying up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below -

NVQ Mechanical Level 2/3
NVQ HVAC Level 2/3
Degree within Mechanical Engineering (desired)

A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer on a high-end commercial property in St Paul's, City of London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Mechanical Engineers to their team.

Responsibilities:

You will be part of a team of 2 on a commercial site-based M&E Engineers.
PPM's & reactive maintenance.
Manging ppm's, logbooks, and compliance.
You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, etc.
Candidate requirements:

The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
The ideal candidate has bundles of experience of being part of a team and within the facilities maintenance industry.
Strong building services background
