Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)?
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary or secondary school in South West London.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, adaptable, and committed to making a real difference in a child's educational journey.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning delays
Providing 1:1 or small group support in and out of the classroom
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning and care
Helping pupils access the curriculum and develop social/emotional skills
Assisting with EHCP targets, behaviour plans, and progress trackingIdeal Candidate:

Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting
A calm, nurturing, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in supporting children with diverse needs
Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., CACHE, Team Teach, PECS, Makaton) are a bonus but not essentialWhat We Offer:
