Due to growth, Fruition IT and Fruition Consulting are on the look out for an Office Administrator. This role will play a pivotal part in the smooth running of our business, therefore we are looking for candidates with previous experience working within a similar role.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive contribution to our business' and develop your skills further.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multitask. Experience working with Microsoft Office is required.

Your varied role will include the following daily activities:

  • Use a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint) to manage data and produce documents
  • Process all reference requests, inbound and outbound
  • Issue and maintain terms and conditions for clients and suppliers
  • Screen supplier compliance documents and ensure records are maintained
  • Main point of contact for supplier compliance queries
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Cover the Project Administrator through absence where required
  • General support to the operations function across both business including supporting with front of house duties, events and finance admin tasks
