I am currently recruiting for a dynamic, friendly and highly prestigious client in Wirral, Merseyside for a Business Development Manager within the Drainage Industry.

I am looking for someone with a background in construction/civil engineering and drainage knowledge to help expand the team of business development managers within the business.

The role itself will comprise of the following:

Producing projected sales figures and reports
Completing direct bid and tender returns
Liaising with clients to assist in providing best possible solutions for resolving problems
Sourcing new business to promote the growth of the company.
Maintaining and developung sales strategy
Visiting construction sites
Providing quotations and follow up with them

The ideal candidate:

Sales person with a background knowledge of drainage
Highly adapatable due to the changing nature of the role as the business grows.
Will hold a full driving license.
Business management experience
In depth knowledge and understanding of drain and pipe services operations
Relevant training qualifications and IT skills
Presentation, communication, and report writing skills
Proven people management skills/experience

The Package:

Guaranteed Salary of £40- £50K depending on experience with an excellent OTE of £80k to £100k
