This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered architectural practice who offer award winning services to projects across the North West of England. They are looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their expanding team in Macclesfield.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
• Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
• Liaise with clients and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree within architectural technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience working across a range of sectors or sector specialist experience
• Strong technical and design skills
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Macclesfield area
