Basic salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum

On target bonus: £1000 - £1500 per month

Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Role Profile

You should have a proven track record of generating new client opportunities in a business-to-business sales capacity. The primary function of the role is to manage the prospects database to secure appointments with new clients.

The main channel will be through outbound calling to decision makers in order to generate a face to face appointment or video call for the MD. You will need to qualify the appointment to ensure there is an opportunity to discuss. You will be responsible for managing the pipeline of contacts and will use your initiative to target companies and decision makers through online channels such as email campaigns, online events, and LinkedIn.

Success in this specific role will naturally allow you to develop your career as your role develops into field sales, where you will set meetings for you to attend on behalf of the company.

Roles & Accountabilities

  • B2B outbound appointment setting to senior decision makers
  • Manage your database and pipeline
  • Collaborate with the senior management team on the sales strategy and target key companies
  • Contribute to the sales and marketing plan with new ideas and strategy
  • Promote and represent the company positively in the outsourced marketplace
  • Secure qualified new business opportunities for the Directors to convert into new clients.
