Key responsibilities

Maximise machinery uptime with planned and preventative maintenance

Lead improvement projects and continuous improvement to reduce breakdowns

Collaborate closely with production teams to schedule smart maintenance and drive operational excellence

Take ownership of your area, ensuring safety, compliance, and top-quality standards

Supervise contractors and support new product trials and launches

Qualifications/Skills

*

Experience in FMCG, ideally food production

*

Strong knowledge of electrical (single & three-phase), pneumatic, and packaging systems

*

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical/electrical disciplines (electrical/gas bias preferred)

*

A proactive problem-solver with a passion for engineering excellence, safety, and teamwork
