What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of education recruitment experience (essential)

Proven billing success and ability to build and grow a desk

Strong sales and business development skills

Leadership potential and ability to mentor junior consultants

Integrity, professionalism, and resilience

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
