Teaching Tomorrow is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking 2-form entry primary school in Dunstable to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher for a permanent role starting in September 2025.
We are looking for a committed professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a love for learning in young children.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
* Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, events, or school initiatives
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in a Primary and/or KS1 setting
* A solid understanding of the KS1 national curriculum
* Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing teaching style
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A commitment to professional development and whole-school collaboration
