About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs across Cambridge and nearby areas. Every day brings the chance to help someone grow their independence and confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual
  • Encourage independence, communication and life skills
  • Support with meaningful activities and community access
  • Promote emotional wellbeing and positive mental health
  • Record accurate notes and follow support plans
  • Attend paid introductions/meet & greets with new clients before shifts start

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, hardworking and compassionate Able to work days, evenings, weekends Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Able to travel around Cambridge and surrounding areas Experience in care is essential — but the right attitude matters most!
