Maintenance Plumber - Facilities Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a facilities maintenance team supporting a commercial site. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure building services plant and equipment remain safe and operational. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Plumber looking to work within a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance on heating and air-conditioning plant as a Maintenance Plumber.

* Maintain evaporative cooling systems and domestic water systems in line with L8 requirements.

* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to maintain plant operation.

* Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across site plant.

* Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service at all times as a Maintenance Plumber.

Working Hours

* 3 weeks: 07:30 - 15:30

* 1 week: 09:30 - 18:00

* Overtime and weekend flexibility required.

* On-call rota: 1 in 4.

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).

* Proven experience working as a Maintenance Plumber within a commercial or facilities environment.

* Experience maintaining pumps, motors and valves.

* Experience working with cooling towers.

* Good understanding of health & safety within maintenance environments.
