We're seeking motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Operatives to join our clients modern, GMP-compliant facility in Sandwich, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where your contribution truly counts.

🔬 Your Role

As a Pharmaceutical Production Operative, you'll play an essential part in the manufacturing process - ensuring our products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

⚙️ Setting up, operating, and cleaning production machinery
⚖️ Weighing, mixing, filling, and packaging according to batch records
🧾 Completing GMP documentation accurately with a Right First Time approach
📋 Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
🕵️ Reporting deviations and contributing to audit readiness
🤝 Working collaboratively with teams across Production, QA, and Engineering
📦 Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory management
🛠️ Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshooting minor production issues

✅ What We're Looking For

💊 Previous experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment (essential)
🔍 Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
💪 Physically fit - able to perform manual handling and lifting tasks
🤝 A proactive team player with a positive attitude
📅 Flexibility to work on a rotating 5-day shift pattern (including weekends)
🇬🇧 Eligibility to work in the UK
