We are looking for a proactive Transport Supervisor / Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics and ensure timely delivery of products. The role involves liaising with commercial, procurement, and production teams, as well as building strong relationships with customers and third-party providers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics schedules (goods in/out)
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Ensure deliveries comply with ADR/IMDG/IATA standards
• Monitor third-party logistics providers and maintain accurate documentation
• Support customs and transport processes
• Prioritise workload and resolve issues proactively

Requirements:

• 2+ years in logistics or commercial operations
• Customer/supplier interface experience
• Knowledge of import/export or customs desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience desirable
• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
