Salary: 

£28,272 - £32,803 p.a. (FTE £32,958 -£38,239 p.a.) 35 hours per week / 40 weeks per year

Location: Staines

About the Role:You’ll take responsibility for the full administration of public and internal examinations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and in line with JCQ and awarding body regulations. From managing secure exam materials to coordinating timetables and invigilators, you’ll be the go-to person for all things exams.

Alongside this, you’ll oversee the Learning Resource Centre—creating an inspiring space that promotes literacy, independent learning, and a lifelong love of reading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of exam administration and compliance.
• Organise secure handling of exam papers and materials.
• Recruit, train, and supervise invigilators.
• Work with SENCO to ensure appropriate access arrangements.
• Handle candidate registrations, timetabling, and resolve clashes.
• Lead and develop the Learning Resource Centre to support student engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, students, and parents.
• Previous experience in exams administration or a similar role is desirable.
