Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a confident and proactive Cover Supervisor to join a PRU in Tower Hamlets.

• Deliver pre-planned History lessons (6-7 per week).

• Provide English cover on an ad hoc basis.

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement.

• Support students with SEMH and additional learning needs.

• Assist in implementing exam access arrangements during assessments.

• Experience working with young people in challenging or alternative settings.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• Ability to build positive, professional relationships.

• Flexible, resilient and proactive approach.
