Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students in their primary education journey? Do you have a strong background in both Key Stage 2 (KS2) and Key Stage 1 (KS1)? Role and Responsibilities: As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience of our students in both KS2 and KS1. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Working with small groups or individual students to provide targeted assistance.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance.
- Adapting learning materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Contributing to the planning and preparation of lessons.
- Providing feedback and progress updates to teachers and parents.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in both KS2 and KS1 settings.
- A strong understanding of primary curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education and child development (desirable but not essential).
