Executive Assistant to incoming Senior Director of Corporate Affairs/Governance - W11 (Notting Hill)

A bright and hands on EA is being sought who likes a busy and fast paced role covering many subjects. Proactive able to manage expectations you will be innovative and forward thinking and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced & modern working environment. Degree standard much preferred you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to work to tight deadlines under pressure. Flexible and meticulous in your organisational ability working in the strictest confidentiality is second nature to you. Discreet and professional, well presented and spoken your IT will be great + Google Suite is an avantage. Bags of enthusiasm and energy will be required. This company is one of the UK's foremost tech companies that is expanding and hugely successful. It is a new role to support the Incoming Senior Director who will be building a new team also. Primarily supporting the Senior Director with occasional support to one of his colleagues.

Diary and workload management assisting in the creation of processes to assist the smooth running of the diary/schedule. Meeting preparation and reference materials. Time management/arranging internal & external meetings. Travel & detailed itineraries. Assisting with planning and coordinating leadership events, off-sites, away days and workshops. Managing expenses and purchase orders. Document production and creating agendas. Preparation of documents for Board meetings and assisting with presentations. Attending meetings and taking notes with detailed oversight to ensure that internal governance requirements are being followed. Proactive follow up of actions. Building agendas for internal/external team meetings. Assisting with communications including actioning internal and external correspondence. The EA's work together to support on another and there is a very flat structure in the company where progression and involvement are encouraged.
