What you'll be responsible for

Leading, motivating and developing your production team

Driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and people performance

Managing labour, materials and production resources effectively

Working closely with Engineering, Technical and Planning

Ensuring compliance with food safety and H&S standards

Championing continuous improvement across your shift

Creating a positive, collaborative working culture

What you'll bring

Experience managing teams in FMCG or food manufacturing

A confident, people-first leadership style

Strong understanding of operational KPIs

Ability to challenge, influence and drive improvement

Good problem-solving skills and resilience

Level 4 Food Safety is ideal (training can be supported)
