Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

A well-regarded and growing law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its expanding property department. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment with real prospects for development.

The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build properties
• Shared ownership transactions
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Help to Buy and Right to Buy schemes

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
• Delivering an efficient and client-focused service
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
• Assisting with departmental development and client engagement

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Either a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• Confident using modern legal technology and case management systems
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
