Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build properties
- Shared ownership transactions
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Help to Buy and Right to Buy schemes
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
- Delivering an efficient and client-focused service
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
- Assisting with departmental development and client engagement
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Either a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Confident using modern legal technology and case management systems
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
