An industry leading healthcare recruiting firm has an immediate need to fill a full time role in its credentialing department. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to make an impact on a growing organization. Your main role would be providing credentialing and administrative support for our recruiting and business development departments.  A thoughtful, persevering, self-disciplined approach will be necessary for this individual to achieve accurate and detailed results. This is a high visibility, high impact spot, where your efforts will push our company to new heights and limits.   

Skills and Requirements

  • High Attention to detail and an ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment

  • Customer Service Oriented and skilled in building rapport.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to be coachable and learn new things fast and efficiently and be able to apply the learned material

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic PC Skills

  • Database proficiency is preferred but not required

  • Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects and tasks as well as the ability to make quick decisions independently.
