The Role

As Head of Technical, you will:

Lead delivery of Technical strategy

Drive the maintaining of food safety/legality

Set strategy across UK and European sites

Be responsible for building the team for the future

Represent the Technical function at SLT level

The Candidate

The successful Head of Technical will have:

Proven experience in a senior Technical role

*

Demonstrated success in leading Technical functions across multiple units

*

Confident communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels - from factory floor to executive team

*

A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving

*

A commercially aware, customer-focused, and results driven mindset
