R13 Recruitment are supporting a leading business in their search for an Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join their central team in Diss, on a temp2perm basis. You will be working 8.30am - 5.30, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 - 4.00pm, Friday, and an annual salary of £28,000. You will manage an account of existing customers and deliver fantastic customer service.

The day to day

* Managing and developing relationships with existing customers, focusing on growth and retention.

* Overseeing the initiation of new projects and the introduction of new products to expand business opportunities.

* Analysing product performance, expenditures, and market trends to contribute to business growth strategies.

* Handling incoming calls from customers and distributors, providing product information and tailored services.

* Performing outbound calls to warm or previous customers, providing quotes, and assessing and optimising customer discounts to boost sales.

You will have/be

* Excellent sales and account managing skills with a minimum of one-year desk-based B2B experience.

* Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

* Well organised, excellent communication skills, a team-player, and a 'can do' attitude.

* Background in manufacturing/industrial is desired, but not essential.
