Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for individuals using our clients' services. You will provide essential support, guidance, and information, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries through multiple communication channels:

Phone calls
Emails
Live chat
Online/web messages

Provide accurate and clear information about services.
Build strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience.
Manage customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain customer records, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
Perform administrative tasks related to customer service.
Support new starters and team members with training.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards.
Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience in customer service (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a strong telephone manner.
Ability to multi-task across various communication channels.
Proficient in using multiple IT systems (training on in-house systems provided).
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload.
Target-driven with experience working towards KPIs.
Positive, enthusiastic, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
