We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our growing team in Billericay. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established practice with a strong client base across the residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Contract Administration services on a variety of refurbishment and maintenance projects

*

Preparing detailed specifications, schedules of work, and overseeing works on site

*

Handling Party Wall matters as Building Owner or Adjoining Owner surveyor

*

Conducting condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and preparing professional reports

*

Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

*

MRICS qualified or working towards chartership

*

Proven experience in contract administration

*

Sound knowledge and practical experience of Party Wall etc. Act 1996

*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
