10-D Security is a premier Cybersecurity and Compliance Auditing firm headquartered in the Midwest. We specializing in the banking industry but crossover into other information sensitive business verticals. We provide a wide variety of cutting edge security and compliance services designed to keep regulators happy and our clients off the evening news.

10-D Security offers its clients a portfolio of industry leading IT assessments including Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments, Social Engineering, IT Audits as well as the educational division 10-D Academy. We provide these federally regulated and annually mandated services to the banking industry as well as other industries concerned with cyber-attacks.

10-D Security is experiencing awesome growth throughout the organization and we’re currently looking to add an Account Executive to our office in Lenexa, KS. This new position has an exclusive territory with flexible hours if desired.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling information security or IT services. We’ll provide training to the right candidate. The goal is to see you well into the six-figure income bracket.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for achieving the sales growth of the organization. This is an inside sales position, not a call center. The ideal candidate possesses the skills needed to orchestrate business development over the phone, from initial contact to closing business as well as utilizing email and social media. The candidate must be comfortable calling up to C-Suite executives to develop security business. The position involves generating leads, prospects, delivering electronic proposals and building long term client relationships. Candidate must have the ability to present a value proposition case through excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' sales experience selling software or security services
- Experience selling to the mid-market and enterprises
- Proven hunter background with a track record of success a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise networking technology is a plus
- Strong C-level/board-level communications skills
- Willingness to travel to accounts across the territory if needed
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on over-quota performance
- Good business acumen, experience with contracts and pricing
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
