Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Contract Type: Part-Time

Hours: Approx. 1.5-2 hours per day, Monday to Friday (term time only)

Salary: Competitive, in line with local authority pay scales

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will help ensure that pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and positive experience during their lunch break.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas.
Promote good behaviour and ensure the safety and welfare of all children.
Assist with the organisation of activities during lunchtime.
Provide basic first aid when required (training can be provided).
Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive school environment.

Requirements

Enjoy working with children and have a caring, approachable manner.
Ability to manage behaviour in a calm and positive way.
Good communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
