We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our fast-paced engineering/manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, operating machinery safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production specifications
Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies
Work efficiently during night shifts, maintaining focus and precision
Required Experience:
Proven experience operating machinery within an engineering or manufacturing company
Understanding of production processes and safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with quality control and machine troubleshooting is highly desirable
